User Data Deletion Instructions

In accordance with the Meta Platform Policy (Section 4.d), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Article 17), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), DevinArt Craft ("DevinArt," "we," "our," or "us") provides multiple straightforward methods for users to request the permanent deletion of their account and all personal data.

1. Scope of Data Deletion#

When an account deletion request is executed, we permanently erase:

• Account Credentials: Full name, verified business email, company name, destination country, city, and WhatsApp telephone number.
• OAuth Connections: Authentication provider identifiers (Meta / Facebook User ID, Google Subject ID) and active session tokens.
• Commercial Inquiries: Unprocessed Request for Quotation (RFQ) records, draft product lists, and custom carving commission notes linked to your buyer profile.

Re-Registration Guarantee: Deleting your account does not restrict you from registering a new account in the future with the same email address.

2. Method 1: Self-Service Deletion via Buyer Account#

If you have access to your DevinArt account, you can trigger immediate deletion directly:

1. Log in to your account at devinart-craft.com/buyer/login.
2. Navigate to your Buyer Profile or Account Settings.
3. Locate the Privacy and Data Control section.
4. Click Delete Account and Data.
5. Confirm the deletion prompt. Your session will terminate immediately and all database records will be erased.

3. Method 2: Disconnecting via Facebook App Settings#

If you used Facebook Login to access DevinArt Craft, you can revoke permissions and initiate an automated data deletion request through your Facebook account:

1. Open your Facebook profile on a desktop web browser or the mobile application.
2. Go to Settings & Privacy, then click Settings.
3. In the left-hand navigation menu, select Apps and Websites.
4. Find DevinArt Craft in the list of active applications.
5. Click the Remove button next to DevinArt Craft.
6. In the confirmation window, check the box to confirm removal and click Remove.
7. To request automatic data deletion from DevinArt, go to the Removed apps tab, click View next to DevinArt Craft, and click Send Request.

Facebook will send a signed request to our automated callback endpoint (/api/auth/facebook-data-deletion), which will clear your profile and return a confirmation code with a tracking receipt URL.

4. Method 3: Written Request via Email#

You may also request complete data deletion by emailing our data protection officer directly:

Written requests are verified against the registered account email and executed within 48 business hours. We will email you a written confirmation once the purge is complete.

5. Statutory Accounting Exceptions#

Under Indonesian tax regulations (Law on General Provisions and Tax Procedures) and international trade compliance, DevinArt is legally obligated to retain copies of completed commercial export invoices, airway bills, and customs declarations for a mandatory audit period of ten years.

These completed commercial tax records are maintained in isolated, read-only accounting archives and cannot be used for marketing, quotation drafting, or profiling.
